Valerie has worked for over 20 years as a non-profit executive who is committed to working to improve the quality of life of children and families. She is a much sought after keynote speaker and conference facilitator and travels extensively in the United States and abroad serving as a presenter, trainer and workshop facilitator on prevalent early care & education issues, community development, faith-based initiatives, public/private partnerships, and innovative funding strategies.

Currently as CEO of a consulting firm Valerie provides a vast array of consulting services. Clients include government and community agencies, educational institutions, corporations, and faith-based organizations.

Valerie is committed to community service. She has served on several national and local boards and mentors at risk youth in local schools. Valerie also proudly serves as a two-term gubernatorial appointee and Chairman of the Children’s Board of Hillsborough County.

Kingdom Connection Radio is an extension of her life’s work. This weekly show is an opportunity to share her professional, business, and ministerial experience in a forum that reaches a broad audience.
